A rare British Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps (QARANC) Brass Button. Issued, used and worn whilst in service. This button is large in size, with a diameter of 26mm. Made by "Gaunt, London", and is marked with their details on the reverse (see photos). Could do with a clean and polish, otherwise - good detail and in good condition considering age (1949-1952 period).
