Vintage Logan No 400 Hand Mat Cutter Picture Framing Tool Boxed No Blade
Pre-owned vintage Logan No. 400 hand matcutter in used condition. The metal cutter shows scratches, marks, surface wear and accumulated dirt/dust consistent with age and previous use. The supplied yellow/brown accessories show discolouration and wear. Original cardboard box is heavily aged, marked, stained and worn.
No razor blade is fitted or supplied. No instructions are present. The box is marked “WITHOUT MARKER”, so a marker is not included. Function has not been tested.
