With the new EBay seller plans which started in May 2026, I am currently adjusting my listings and offerings to help benefit the buyer.

Through my store, EBay are now charging a buyer protection fee to my buyers. I think it’s only fair to absorb some of that buyer protection fee.
The simplest way to do that is to reduce my postage costs for my buyers and I am still always happy to offer combined postage - please see above for how to combine postage.
All items are sent in Australia Post satchels and are also put in their own ziplock bags for added protection. Anything fragile and or of a delicate nature will be bubble wrapped as well. I take great care with packaging your items.

Tracked postage is now capped as below;

- $9 for x-small satchel (reg $10.55)
- $10 for small satchel (reg $12.05)
- $14.50 for medium satchel (reg $16.40)
- $18.50 large satchel (reg $20.70)
- $23 for XL satchel (reg $24.95)

* I will always squeeze what I can into the above satchel sizes, if you are purchasing multiple items, please add them to your cart and then request an invoice so I can adjust postage costs BEFORE you make payment.

- Another change for my listings is I won’t have the ‘make offer’ available on listings that are under $10. Over $10 items I will still have this option but please be reasonable.

- Payment to be made within 48hrs or purchase will be cancelled and relisted

- I am not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, once I have provided your tracking number it is completely out of my hands. I realise that EBay has a money back guarantee, however I will not be scammed or bullied into refunds. If there is an issue it will be thoroughly investigated by myself with support from EBay and I will follow all of EBay’s help departments instructions.
