Payment Information

• All prices exclude import duties, local taxes and VAT. Any import related charges are to be borne by the buyer.
• Unpaid orders may trigger an unpaid item case after 7 calendar days.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days upon full payment confirmation.
• Shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS with full tracking number provided after dispatch.
• Shipment only to your verified eBay address; PO Box addresses are not supported.
• Each unit goes through function test and visual check before packing.
• For lost, damaged or delayed parcels, please contact us immediately, we will arrange reshipment or refund solution.

Return & Warranty

• 30 day return window for all items.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping & handling fees are non refundable.
• Return requirements: intact original packaging, complete accessories, valid tracking number and your eBay order ID.
• Refund will be processed only after we receive the unused and undamaged returned goods.
