​This bag is in well-used, "salty" vintage condition with extensive authentic field wear. It is retired from active service and shows its history proudly with multiple scratches, small holes, tears, and heavy fraying on one side and along the straps. The interior also features significant dried, light-colored staining and residue along the bottom and sides. It carries that classic, unmistakable military surplus storage scent. Despite the heavy cosmetic wear, the bag remains structurally functional: the heavy-duty IDEAL metal zipper pulls smoothly, the carry handles are securely attached, and all metal snaps on the storm flap function perfectly.
