When played through a processor like the FiX 82 or FiX 86, this disc acts as a known reference signal that allows the processor to:
  • Flatten the factory EQ back to a clean, studio-quality signal.
  • Remove built-in time delays so all speakers play in perfect synchronization.
  • Combine split audio channels (like separate bass and treble lines) back into a single, full-range stereo signal.
  • Match amplifier gains safely using a digital multimeter to prevent speaker-damaging distortion.
