Description

This Navajo concho hatband is a charming piece of traditional silverwork! Four dimensional flower conchos are spaced along the black leather band, each shaped with raised repousse petals that catch the light beautifully. The petite buckle and keeper carry crisp sunburst stampwork, giving the silver hardware a beautifully coordinated look from end to end.

Traditional copper loops secure the silver elements to the leather, and the flower-form buckle brings the same softly sculpted detail to the closure. The contrast of bright sterling silver against black leather gives the hatband a clean Southwestern look, while the repousse work and hand stamping give it the unmistakable handmade character of Navajo silverwork.
