Bad Omens – Bad Omens (10th Anniversary / Burgundy + Cloudy Clear Cornetto w/ Black Splatter Vinyl LP / Hand-Numbered 344/1,000 / Gatefold with New Cover Art / Lyric Insert / Sumerian Records) – NEW/SEALED – IN HAND

📝 Item Description

You are looking at number 344 of 1,000 — the 10th Anniversary edition of Bad Omens' self-titled debut album, pressed on Burgundy + Cloudy Clear Cornetto with Black Splatter vinyl, and now in hand. Sumerian Records' own description: "Celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Bad Omens' debut self-titled album on Sumerian exclusive Burgundy + Cloudy Clear Cornetto w/ Black Splatter vinyl. Housed in a gatefold jacket featuring new cover art, lyric insert, and download card. Hand-numbered out of 1,000." This colourway was made exclusive to the Sumerian US and EU webstores and appears through no other channel. Bad Omens released their self-titled debut on Sumerian Records in 2016, and the record established the template the band has built on ever since — the album that gave them "Glass Houses," "Exit Wounds," "The Worst In Me" and "F E R A L" and set up everything that followed through Finding God Before God Finds Me and The Death of Peace of Mind. The anniversary edition is not a straight repress: it carries entirely new cover art commissioned for the occasion, housed in a gatefold rather than the original single sleeve, with a lyric insert and download card included.

⭐ Product Highlights

Hand-numbered 344 of 1,000 — a specific serial rather than an unnumbered limited run, which makes this copy individually identifiable; Sumerian applied hand-numbering across the anniversary variants, and the number is the detail collectors trade on
Burgundy + Cloudy Clear Cornetto with Black Splatter — a cornetto pressing layers two colours in a swirled cone formation rather than a flat split, and adding black splatter over that means three distinct visual elements on one disc; the distribution falls differently on every copy, so this pattern exists nowhere else
Sumerian US and EU webstore exclusive — this colourway was never sold through Revolver, Veeps or any other retailer, each of which received its own separate variant; the anniversary campaign ran Red w/ Black + Yellow Marble, Yellow + Black Ice Cloudy, Silver + Green Shimmer Marble and others, with the Burgundy Cornetto reserved for Sumerian's own storefront
New cover art commissioned for the anniversary — this is not a reissue of the original artwork; the 10th anniversary edition carries a redesigned cover in a gatefold jacket, where the original pressing was a single sleeve, alongside a lyric insert and download card
The debut that started everything — Bad Omens arrived on Sumerian in 2016 with "Glass Houses," "Exit Wounds," "The Worst In Me" and "F E R A L," and the band have since become one of the most commercially significant acts in modern heavy music; ten years on, the self-titled remains the record longtime fans point to first
Bad Omens physical releases move quickly and their collector community is unusually active — variant-specific demand across the anniversary campaign was immediate, and hand-numbered webstore exclusives at 1,000 copies are the configuration that becomes hardest to source once the initial allocation disperses
