🎮 CHEATCODE CONSOLE CONDITION GRADING

At CHEATCODE, we offer our consoles in two clearly defined grades, giving you the choice between a premium collector-quality example or a more affordable console for everyday gaming.

Whether you're looking to add to your collection, display a piece of gaming history, or simply get back to playing the classics, there's a CHEATCODE grade for you.

🟢 GRADE A — FRESH

Our premium / collector-grade condition

FRESH consoles are selected for their exceptionally clean cosmetic condition.

⭐ Premium cosmetic condition
⭐ Very minimal cosmetic wear
⭐ Clean casing with no significant scratches, marks or heavy discolouration
⭐ Ideal for collectors, display or anyone wanting a particularly clean example
⭐ Controllers and accessories are selected with condition in mind

FRESH is our MINT / collector-quality grade.

🟡 GRADE B — DISCOUNTED

Great for gaming & everyday use

Our DISCOUNTED grade is designed for customers who want to enjoy a classic console without paying the premium associated with our FRESH collector-grade examples.

These consoles may show more signs of their age and previous use, such as light scratches, marks or general cosmetic wear. This is reflected in the price and allows us to offer these consoles at a more accessible price.

🎮 Fully suited to everyday gaming
💰 Priced lower than our FRESH grade
🕹️ Great choice for playing and enjoying the console
✨ May show natural signs of age and previous use
🔧 Consoles are professionally inspected and serviced where required

DISCOUNTED is all about getting the classic gaming experience at a more accessible price.

🔧 PROFESSIONALLY SERVICED & PREPARED

Every console is carefully inspected and professionally serviced where required before being offered for sale.

As these are genuine vintage consoles, we understand the importance of giving this older hardware the care it deserves. Where necessary, consoles have been opened, internally cleaned, dusted, maintained and repaired to help ensure reliable operation.

Our aim is simple: to prepare each console for many more years of classic gaming.

✔ Professionally inspected
✔ Serviced where required
✔ Internally cleaned where necessary
✔ Repairs carried out where needed
✔ Prepared for continued use

You're not just buying an old console — you're buying a CHEATCODE-prepared piece of gaming history.

📸 IMPORTANT — STOCK PHOTOGRAPHS

The photographs used in this listing are STOCK PHOTOGRAPHS and are NOT photographs of the exact console you will receive.

They are provided to demonstrate the general appearance and cosmetic standard of each grade.

Because these are original vintage consoles, individual examples will naturally vary in colour, wear, marks and overall cosmetic condition.

Please select your grade based on the descriptions above.

🛡️ CHEATCODE AUTHENTICATION & WARRANTY

Every console supplied by CHEATCODE comes with:

✔ CHEATCODE warranty sticker
✔ Internal CHEATCODE serial code
✔ Console recorded against its corresponding CHEATCODE identification

The warranty sticker and internal serial code help identify the console as a CHEATCODE-supplied unit and assist with warranty and after-sales support.
