In very good condition, no stains tears or holes and very minimal wear. Material is 35% nylon 30% viscose 30% wool and 5% cashmere. Nice and soft, not scratchy. I do not see a size tag anywhere, waist band is stretchy so can fit several sizes, I would say it would fit the 4-8 range best with 4 being loose and 8 being a tighter fit.
