Vintage Sterling Vermeil Mid-Century Layered Flower Leaves & Stem Accents Brooch. A stylized composite flower joined with a stem and leaf accent made of sterling silver with a gold vermeil (overlay) finish. The back of the brooch is marked "STERLING". There are no other hallmarks on the brooch and the maker, age and country of origin are unknown. The brooch measures approximately 3-1/4" by 1-3/4" and weighs 14.35 grams. The brooch has a rollover lock pin clasp that is in good working order.

The brooch is in good vintage condition. There is some expected age/use related wear with a dual-tone appearance which could be caused by the gold finish thinning or by design. The brooch has been in climate controlled storage for at least 30-years. Every effort is made to faithfully represent the colors in the photos as close to the original "real-life" colors as possible.
