All vehicles supplied by Motorverse Ltd. come with a minimum 6-month warranty, with warranty options available for up to 18 months. The exact level and duration of warranty provided will be confirmed at the point of sale. Warranty cover is subject to the relevant warranty terms and conditions.

All vehicles are used vehicles unless otherwise stated. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test drive vehicles before purchase and satisfy themselves as to their condition. Vehicles may have reasonable age-related wear and cosmetic imperfections consistent with their age, mileage and price. Deposits are taken to reserve a vehicle and remove it from sale. Deposits are refundable where required by law or where Motorverse agrees that an agreed condition of the deposit has not been met. Deposits may otherwise be non-refundable where a customer simply chooses not to proceed, subject always to the customer's statutory rights. Any agreed preparation, servicing or repair work will be confirmed prior to collection. Where a vehicle develops a fault, customers should contact Motorverse as soon as possible and allow us the opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, repair the vehicle. Any refund, repair, replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation. Nothing in these terms affects or limits a customer's statutory rights.
