New heatsink for an SXM2 GPU. Not exclusively for NVidia, but that's what I bought it for, and I'm selling one in another listing. As is evident from the photos, this one was manufactured slightly skewed, but I've seen several others manufactured this way and it does not affect it in any way.

Comes with thermal paste and pads. Mould the pads into shape and make sure they're thoroughly touching the VRMs on the SXM2.

You'll also need a fan with good airflow to help keep the SXM2 cool, otherwise it will thermal throttle.
