A lovely vintage Seiko 5 automatic wristwatch featuring the classic Seiko 7009 movement, silver dial and day/date display.
This is a great example of the iconic Seiko 5 design, with applied hour markers, Seiko 5 branding and a clean, easy-to-read dial. The watch is fitted with a Jubilee-style stainless steel bracelet which suits the vintage case particularly well.
The watch has recently been serviced and is running, making this an excellent everyday vintage automatic.
The dial is in very good vintage condition, with the original Seiko 5 styling and applied markers presenting nicely.
The case shows some light scratches and signs of previous wear consistent with its age. I have deliberately avoided excessive polishing to retain the original vintage character and case shape.
