1852 Original Document shows considerable wear. There is spotting, fading, tanning, crease marks etc. See photos for assessment. Has been stored folded so in the area where the most stress has occurred there are small tears making small holes. 

Will be shipped wrapped in plastic inside a rigid mailer.
