1 stone is a replacement as shown in the close up photo and has been replaced with 2 stones to make it look like 1 tapered stone. Can't tell from the front, but they are foiled and the rest are unfoiled. Alfred Philippe for the Invisible set line he produced in the late 1950s-1960s. The brooch is designed with a gold-plate finish and the spectacular ruby invisible set stones accented with crystal chatons. The gold-tone finish has a smooth and clear finish, the rhinestones are filled with fire. The brooch is in excellent condition, signed with the Crown Trifari, patent pending and measures measures 1 7/8 inches in diameter. In otherwise excellent vintage condition!
