Postage

I do offer combined postage so please message me before making payment so I can amend your invoice accordingly. Postage includes packaging materials, travelling, time and insurance costs up to the value of the item.

Items will be dispatched using Evri and the tracking number uploaded to your order. All items are sent tracked and give you the ability to nominate a safe place/neighbour via the Evri website if you are not going to be home.

Please note that Evri does not deliver to some addresses including Jersey and the Channel Islands. Please ask for a postage quote and I will send with an alternative courier if possible. For remote postcode locations which includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, the courier charges an extra £2.65.

Global Shipping Programme - International Buyers

International shipping is available through the Global Shopping Programme. This is carried out through eBay and I will send your package to the UK shipping centre in Lichfield to be forwarded to your destination. This means that all postage, taxes and import charges are paid up front so you do not have to pay any extra charges when your item is delivered. Tracking and customs clearance are included so no extra paperwork is needed to be handled. eBay set the prices so these are unable to be combined unfortunately.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will try to resolve any issues. All returns must be in the same condition as sent and unused. Return postage is not refundable. Please note I do not accept international returns.
