Vintage NOS Superior / Dixie International Yamaha YCS-1 .25mm Oversize Piston Kit

New old stock vintage piston kit manufactured in Japan and originally distributed by Dixie International Co., Columbus, Ohio.

These pistons and rings are made by the same manufacturer that made the original piston for the factory

This kit is for the early Yamaha YCS1/YCS1C 180cc two-cylinder two-stroke and contains two 0.25mm oversize pistons (first oversize / approximately 50.25mm).

PLEASE NOTE: This kit is missing one wrist pin. Only one wrist pin is included for the two pistons.

There is also very slight age-related oxidation/tarnishing on some of the wrist-pin circlips, as clearly shown in the photographs. This is minor cosmetic oxidation from long-term storage. The pistons themselves appear excellent and unused.

The piston crowns are stamped 0.25, identifying them as first-oversize pistons. Because this is a vintage engine component, buyer should verify piston diameter, wrist-pin diameter, ring configuration and application against their particular engine before installation.

This is a nice old-stock engine rebuild set for a Yamaha YCS1/YCS1C restoration, especially considering that both matching oversize pistons and the original period packaging have remained together.
