Burns as the Company President and uncancelled. Includes the well researched dissertation that came with the stock that notes this company once comprised the entire townsite of Goldfield in the Cripple Creek Mining District in Colorado. Jimmy Burns was one of the earliest of the Cripple Creek Millionaires, associated with Winfield Stratton. Also notes that very few of these original stock certificates still exist.
