This is the Japanese Dragonite LV.43 promotional card, distributed in 1998 through ANA (All Nippon Airways) as part of the “Jet de Get da! W Chance Campaign.”
This card was not released through regular retail channels and was distributed as a special campaign prize, making it one of the distinctive Japanese promotional cards from the early Pokémon era.

🔍 Condition
MP (Moderately Played)
The condition has been evaluated conservatively based on eBay’s official trading card condition guidelines.
For a Japanese vintage card from 1998, the card retains very good overall visual presentation with relatively limited general surface wear on both the front and back.
There are, however, two visible hairline marks on the front surface, as well as a small localized mark/indentation near the upper area of the back. These imperfections can be difficult to recognize in straight-on photographs, so a dedicated “Points to Check” close-up image has been included to clearly disclose them.
There is also some light edge/corner wear consistent with the card’s age.
Please carefully review all photographs, especially the dedicated close-up image, before purchasing. The actual card shown is the exact card you will receive.
Despite the disclosed localized marks, this 1998 ANA promo retains an appealingly clean overall appearance — a strong display example for collectors who value the artwork and presentation of this classic “Mailman Dragonite.”
