Original 2014 New Orleans Street Lamp Painting J Hurt Signed N.O. LA Art Panel.

The panel measures 15.75" tall by 5.5" across and is around 1/2" thick. I believe this panel is done on a board plank and I have no idea what medium the person used. The back also has been initiated by the artist as well as has the location of New Orleans LA. and the date. The back does not have any sort of hanger so one would have to be added if used as a wall hanging.
