Impressive large clear cut crystal centrepiece bowl with a wide oval form, deep geometric cutting and substantial pedestal base.

The decoration combines sweeping curved cuts with fan and starburst detailing around the rim and centre, giving the bowl excellent sparkle and presence. It is a particularly substantial piece at over 1.5 kg.

The design has the quality and styling associated with higher-end European cut crystal, but no maker’s mark or signature has been found, so I would not attribute it to a particular manufacturer.
