Selling my Metrohm HV live line tester / phasing stick kit as I’ve changed jobs and unfortunately no longer have a use for it.
I’ve personally used this kit many times on HV systems and it has always been a great, reliable piece of equipment. Everything is working as it should and it has been well looked after.
The kit includes the Metrohm live line voltage tester, matched phasing sticks/poles, HV proving unit, insulated extension handles and connecting leads, as shown in the photos.
The phasing sticks allow the operator to check system voltage and phase relationship between HV conductors, including out-of-phase and in-phase indications. The analogue meter is clearly marked for use on 6.6kV and 11kV systems.
The proving unit is included so the tester can be function-checked before and after use in accordance with normal HV safe-working practice.
This is a proper professional industrial HV test kit and has served me very well. I’m genuinely a bit sorry to see it go, but since changing jobs it’s simply sitting unused.
Condition: Used and in good working condition, with normal cosmetic marks from site use.
Included: Everything shown in the photographs.
As with any used HV test equipment, I would recommend the buyer has it inspected and tested/calibrated in accordance with their own company procedures before putting it back into service.
