Dinky Toys 25R / 420 – Leyland Forward Control Lorry, 1940s-1950s.
A decent example of Dinky Toys No.25R (that was later renumbered 420) – Leyland Forward Control Lorry. It was made for a few years in the late 1940s-early 1950s. The brown paint and green hubs look to have their original paint – and despite a few tiny chips the paint is around 99% complete. The tyres, wheels, and axles are all good – it rolls along smoothly. The towing hook is fine. In all it scores around 91/100
