2500W Induction Heater is designed for fast and safe heating of metal components. 

It works simply by connecting to a power supply, making operation easy and convenient. 

With a maximum output power of 2.5KW, DLY-2.5KW can heat metal materials to over 800°C in a short time. 

No water cooling is required, resulting in lower electricity costs, lighter weight, and more convenient operation. 

Compared with traditional open-flame heating or LPG flame heating used in automotive repair shops, 

it is a better and safer method for heating metal materials.

Working Principle：When high-frequency alternating current passes through a specially designed induction coil, 

it generates a rapidly changing, high-intensity magnetic field. When a metal workpiece is placed within this field, 

closed-loop eddy currents are instantly induced inside the metal. Heat is produced by the metal's own electrical resistance, 

delivering rapid, uniform heating from the inside out.

The DLY-2.5KW pistol-style portable induction heater delivers high-performance electromagnetic induction heating, 

designed specifically for small automotive and industrial components, as well as various metal parts. 

This device is designed for high-performance loosening of rusted automotive bolts, nuts, gears, pulleys,

●Precise heating area: The DLY-2.5KW Induction Heater heats only the specific target area without affecting other parts,

the nut is heated evenly and can quickly reach the condition needed for loosening and removal.
