Vintage Art-Deco Cuticle Scraper-Pusher Two-Tone geometric Handle Manicure Tool. The tool's handle is a two-tone, geometric Art-Deco aesthetic that is a layered butterscotch and cream-colored synthetic (likely Bakelite or celluloid). The curved metal blade end is contoured to safely push back and shape the cuticle area along the base of the fingernail. One side of the handle looks to at one time have had some sort of raised makers mark but, it can not be read. The other side of the handle toward the blade end has the raised letter "A". Other then that the tool has no hallmarks or labels so the maker and country of origin are unknown. The tool measures 5-1/4" long.

The tool is in good condition with little visible age/use related wear. The blade is tarnished with a little light rust. The tool has been in climate controlled storage for at least 30-years. Every effort is made to faithfully represent the colors in the photos as close to the original "real-life" colors as possible.
