A Great Britain Scott 8- 1 penny red brown on bluish paper issued 1854-55- perf 16 and small crown watermark- with an "Ivory queen's head" from a problem with the ink chemicals or paper, and resulting in a white queen's head when the stamp is viewed from the reverse. Please see both scans.
