Product notes: "Item is in good/fair condition. There are some stains which should come out with a dry clean. There is a few fabric rips and a small hole on the back right arm, so will need a repair. Shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches approx. Inner tag says 44 but measures more a 40. It is an unstructured fit so has no shoulder pads. See images for pit to pit, sleeve & back measurements."
