A beautiful antique Northwood Lotus, also known as the Lily Pad pattern, pedestal compote in soft yellow glass.

The wonderfully sculptural bowl resembles overlapping water-lily leaves, with crisp molded veining, textured surfaces and gently scalloped edges. A short stem and stepped circular foot complete its graceful shape.

An impressive piece of early American pressed glass that displays beautifully as a centerpiece, serving dish or part of a Northwood collection.
