Vintage United States postage stamp collection presented on three illustrated album pages, primarily featuring 1938 issues and the Presidential Series of 1938. The collection contains numerous colorful U.S. stamps depicting American presidents and other historical figures, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Jackson, Martin Van Buren, William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, James K. Polk, Zachary Taylor, Millard Fillmore and others.

The three pages contain a substantial group of stamps mounted in designated spaces. Most show visible postal cancellations and are therefore used examples. Denominations and colors vary throughout the collection. One page is specifically headed “Issues of 1938,” while the other two are headed “Presidential Series of 1938.”

The stamps remain mounted on their vintage album pages. Condition varies from stamp to stamp, with cancellation marks, centering variations and normal age-related wear. The album pages have punched binder holes and show light handling and age wear. The stamps have not been removed from the pages, so backs, gum, hinges and watermarks have not been inspected.

A nice vintage group for a U.S. postage stamp collector, particularly someone interested in the popular 1938 Presidential or “Prexie” series. All three album pages and the stamps shown are included.
