Stentor 1950 double bass, a 1/8 size upright bass from Stentor Music Co. Ltd. The instrument features a spruce top with maple back and sides, an ebony fingerboard and tailpiece, and geared tuning machines on the scroll headstock. It is fitted with an adjustable metal endpin. A maker's label reading 'The Stentor 1950 Bass, Stentor Music Co. Ltd.' is visible inside the body, along with handwritten markings dated 2008. The bridge is a fitted wooden bridge with four strings installed. This is a great option for students or players looking for a traditional orchestral or jazz double bass.
