The "Seeking Hope, Bounty and Joy" Pilgrim Ship Jim Shore Heartwood Creek figurine features a distinctive, highly detailed Thanksgiving design blending traditional folk art and quilt-like patterns. A traditional Pilgrim man and woman stand near the bow. Beside them sits a highly stylized, colorful turkey, alongside a heavy harvest bounty of pumpkins, corn, and grapes piled in the middle of the deck. The hull of the ship mimics carved logs or wood panels decorated with prominent blue and white star quilt blocks along the sides. Curving waves molded in shades of teal, blue, and gold crash along the bottom edge of the ship's hull. Three rigid sails feature geometric, multi-colored patchwork grid patterns in shades of cream, yellow, tan, orange, and purple. The tallest mast is topped with a black and yellow quilt-block flag. Measuring 13" in length, 4.5" in width and 13.5" high.
