Wonderful Genuine hand painted Chinoiserie wood, enamel and gilt Mirror. Dating to the start of the 1900's , so more than 100 years old.
Lovely hand painted decorated Arched wood frame painted on a lacquer ground with Chinese images in gold lacquer and enamels. The corners and arch section are on a green lacquer ground with geometric stylised floral motifs painted in gold leaf and lacquer.
The Mirror still retains all its original Brass fittings and is in good condition for its age.
Height 44cm (17.5 inches), Depth approx 3cm (1.25 inches) and width 30cm (12 inches). It weighs approximately 2 kilos.
Could be used as a wall or dressing table mirror
