How to Use Crop-A-Dile Eyelets
  • Punch the Hole: Use the punch side of the Crop-A-Dile to make a clean hole. Standard eyelets typically need a 1/8-inch hole, while larger ones need a 3/16-inch hole. 
  • Insert the Eyelet: Push the eyelet through your punched hole from the front side of your project, ensuring the decorative lip is on top.
  • Adjust the Cubes: Rotate the top and bottom rotating blocks (cubes) on the tool to match the size of your eyelet:
    • 3/16" Eyelets: Set the tool to A1 (or A2 if using a washer).
    • 1/8" Eyelets: Set the tool to C3 (or C4 if using a washer).
    • Set the Eyelet: Place the eyelet inside the setting bite of the tool, align properly according to the alignment marks, and squeeze the handles firmly to flatten the back cleanly.
