This listing is for a lot of six antique United States Geological Survey Professional Papers, published by the U.S. Government Printing Office between 1913 and 1924. The collection covers early American geology, paleontology, paleobotany, stratigraphy, fossil plants, and regional geological research.
Several volumes were written by noted American paleobotanist Edward Wilber Berry, while Professional Paper No. 101 contains work by geologist Willis T. Lee and paleobotanist Frank Hall Knowlton.
