• Delays in approval will result in delays to your order

• Once approved, the design will be printed as confirmed

• All invitations must carry the same wording (individual name variations are not available)

• Delivery times are estimates only – please allow sufficient time when ordering

• Delays may occur if order details are not provided promptly or proofs are not approved in time

• Proofs are typically sent within 3 working days (may take slightly longer during busy periods)

• Any errors after proof approval are non-refundable

• Working days are Monday to Friday (weekends excluded)

• Messages will be responded to within 24 hours

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 6 hours or once a proof has been created (whichever comes first)

• Digital invitations are non-cancellable under any circumstances
