This is Peter in Blueberry Land, a 7" vinyl doll by Heather Maciak made for the UFDC 2006 Breakfast.  Peter is in his original outfit and box, signed by Heather on his back.  Also included is a metal lunchbox for Peter, breakfast menu, and Passport to Adventure book.  The book looks like an identification book with several different dolls pictured and described inside.
