🔔 Important Information for Buyers:
As the two parcels are dispatched from different distribution centres, they will not arrive on the same day. Typically, Parcel A (the aftermarket modification grille panel, not an OEM Audi part) will arrive first. If you receive one of them first, please do not worry; the other parcel is on its way.

We only accept PayPal payments!
Buyers must complete payment within 5 days of placing an order; otherwise, the ‘Unpaid’ process will be initiated to cancel the transaction. If you are unable to pay on time, please contact us.
PayPal e-cheques will only be processed once the funds have been received.
All items will be dispatched to the buyer’s eBay address; please ensure your eBay address is correct before making a purchase. Your order will usually be dispatched on the same day or the next working day once payment has been completed and confirmed.

A 30-day warranty period applies, offering a replacement service for defective, non-functioning, faulty or missing parts. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, pack the item together with all parts and accessories, and return it with ‘FOR EXCHANGE’ clearly marked on the parcel.
If the damaged, non-functioning or missing parts are no longer available, a refund will be issued.
In all cases, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.
