Key Features

Experience the rich, warm tone of the GrassRoots SG Type electric guitar, a model from ESP's direct-affiliated brand, GrassRoots. Featuring the iconic SG shape, this guitar delivers a sweet, thick midrange sound that pairs exceptionally well with distortion, making it ideal for a variety of musical styles.

The guitar's neck has a comfortable C-shape profile, with a thickness of 21.7mm at the first fret and a nut width of 42mm, providing excellent playability. It is equipped with a set-neck construction, 22 frets, and a 14-inch radius fingerboard, ensuring smooth finger movement. The medium-scale length of 628.65mm offers a balanced feel.

Constructed with a solid body and finished with chrome hardware, the guitar features a Tune-o-matic bridge and vintage-style tuning pegs, adding to its classic aesthetic. The electronics include two humbuckers (HH configuration), controlled by two volume knobs, two tone knobs, and a three-way toggle switch, allowing versatile sound shaping.

This instrument shows some cosmetic wear, including paint chips on the front and bottom, and paint cracks near the neck, but these do not affect playability. All electronic components have been thoroughly maintained, with no noise or crackling, and the guitar has been professionally set up for optimal performance. The truss rod is adjusted and has ample adjustment range, with a current relief close to straight.

Serial Number: GM0440176. The guitar has approximately 70% fret wear, with good overall condition. It has been cleaned, polished, and tested through an amplifier to confirm sound quality.
