For sale is an Ibanez SR405EQM 5-string electric bass in Dragon Eye Burst, serial number I240401335, Made in Indonesia.

This is a striking SR-series bass featuring a quilted maple top, slim SR 5-string neck, PowerSpan dual-coil pickups, active 3-band EQ and Ibanez Power Tap switching.

The bass is fully functional and is being sold because I am reducing the size of my instrument collection.

Cosmetic condition: The bass has two superficial scratches on the front that are confined to the clear finish and do not extend into the wood. There is also a small finish chip on the back immediately adjacent to the electronics cavity cover. All three marks were already present when I acquired the instrument from its previous owner.

I have intentionally photographed the front scratches at an angle and under lighting that makes them clearly visible. Please review the close-up photographs. There is also normal cosmetic wear/aging to the hardware from use.

Otherwise, the finish presents extremely well, particularly the quilted top and Dragon Eye Burst.
