Vintage handmade sterling silver ring attributed to Southwestern silversmith Kay Johnson, featuring a vivid blue turquoise cabochon paired with a creamy shell or mother-of-pearl stone.

The elongated face is richly detailed with hand-worked silver leaves, applied silver drops, curled wire scrolls, and hand-cut sawtooth bezels. A split-shank band gives the ring a delicate, dimensional profile.

The reverse is stamped STERLING and bears a partially obscured bent-arrow pictorial hallmark attributed to Kay Johnson. The original shank attachment covers part of the mark, but the visible portion closely corresponds with documented examples of Johnson’s hallmark.
