This is very very special.  It is a Syncros hub that has the machined grooves in it and perfect lettering and then it has a very rare Sun Rims 0 Degree XC "Race Use Only" rim.  Braking surfaces are in good condition, the bearings are smooth but a bit tight basically from sitting for decades (no grittiness).  Once the wheel is used and the grease in the bearings warms up they will feel even better.  Once more too, you don't care because these are easily replaced cartridge bearings and on a wheel you will be unlikely to find elsewhere in this condition.
