A decorative Chinese blue-and-white porcelain bud vase featuring a traditional dragon-and-cloud design.

The slender bottle-shaped vase is decorated in cobalt blue with a detailed dragon amongst stylised clouds, above a repeating wave border around the lower body. Blue line decoration finishes the flared rim and base.

The underside carries a blue Qianlong-style seal mark. This is an apocryphal decorative reign mark and the vase is believed to be a later 20th-century or modern production piece, not an 18th-century Qianlong-period antique.
