Vintage Sewing Needle Packets Job Lot Abel Morrall Sewing Susan Kirby Dryad
Good overall condition considering age. Vintage used collection with age-related wear, marks, creasing, tears and deterioration to some paper/card packets. The Sewing Susan packet has noticeable damage and handwriting. Each packet contains some needles, but packets have not been checked for completeness and some needles have evidently been removed or used.
Interesting job lot of vintage sewing and embroidery needle packets and accessories.
Includes examples from Abel Morrall's, Sewing Susan, Flora Macdonald, Kirby's London, Elephant Brand, Dryad Handicrafts Leicester and Pride Ideal, together with other vintage packets.
Several attractive period packet designs including Abel Morrall's Egg Eyed Sharps and Cross Fox trademarks, Kirby's Ne Plus Ultra, Flora Macdonald and the illustrated Sewing Susan "100 Gold Eye Needles With Threader" packet.
Packets contain varying quantities of needles but should all be regarded as incomplete.
