This is my 2009 Focus ST-2 Facelift 5 door finished in panther black, Xenon headlights, rear parking sensors, Bluetooth aux audio adapter, two keys and Full V5 in my name.

Me and the family are moving to Australia and our Visas have been approved so it’s time to let the car go.

Since owning the car I’ve spent a few quid bringing it back to its former glory, as a Ford technician I had to own the best FST in my opinion before leaving the country, facelift, black and as close to original spec as possible.

In my ownership I’ve done the following,

- Removed the previous owners green ST badges, green calipers, green wing badges and gone back to the original red and chrome ST badges, adding the front grill badge and painted the calipers back red.

- Fitted a genuine Pierburg boost solenoid as boost was being inconsistent throughout the rev range

- Fitted an uprated piston type recirc valve

- Replaced both NS & OS inner tie rod and track rod ends and wheel alignment as the lock nuts were seized

- Replaced the OS outer CV joint with a Febi Bilstein joint due to the boot being split and slightly noisey

- Fitted a new oil filter housing diaphragm, oil and filter

- Headlight restoration as they were looking old and cloudy

- Replaced the washer pump as the original seized up

- Ford centre caps & wheel nuts

Other than this just general upkeep, wet and dried seats to remove staining and maintenance washes.

The car has MOT until April 2027, two fairly new Avon front tyres, one rear Continental and the other rear is a fairly new budget tyre all with plenty of life, brakes have plenty of meat on them and I’ve just serviced it, will get actual measurements of tyre tread depths and pad thickness sometime this week.

I have invoices dating back to 2011 including,
- Timing belt & water pump 13/12/2023
- Thermostat 18/09/2023
- CG stage 2 clutch kit 19/06/2022
- Lower control arm 28/01/2022
- Alternator & Belt no date on invoice
- ABS module 23/08/2017

I’ve spent £300 in parts recently and a good 10 to 20 hours in the workshop and at home bringing the car back to decent condition, I’ve pictured some bodywork imperfections, front left wing has brushed up against something causing scratches/dents, passenger rear door has a weird dint pictured, rear bumper looks to have been reversed into something but it’s all superficial, the wheels could do with a refurb, drivers rear is flaking, front two have curbing and passenger rear is in the best condition.

Car is also fitted with a Milltek ultimate cat back £700+, Ramair induction kit with cross over pipe and ECU relocation kit.

Other than this the car is standard, ready for the next owner to enjoy what is becoming a classic Ford, or have a good base car.

Feel free to fire any questions across, would prefer a quick sale as we are booking flights soon as this sells and want to be leaving for Australia end of September beginning of October.
