A striking set of six vintage La Verrerie de Biot champagne pomponnettes, handmade in France from pale blue bubbled glass.

These unusual footless champagne glasses have elongated conical bodies terminating in rounded applied glass knobs. They are designed to be held while drinking and cannot be placed down until emptied—an iconic and playful Biot design.

Each glass was individually mouth blown, resulting in natural differences in height, weight, shape and bubble distribution.
