How to evaluate measurements in pictures.
Waist or Chest (PTP) - The flat measurement is doubled (i.e. The waist measurement is 15 inches. The Measurement we evaluate against the tag would be 30". Same goes for PTP measurements.
Inseam - We measure the inseam of the pants or shorts from the connection point where the crotch of the pants is down to the bottom cuff.
