Vintage 1976 Beyond Chicken Soup cookbook by Esther Feinberg, featuring a collection of Jewish-inspired recipes for holidays and everyday meals.

The cookbook includes appetizers, side dishes, main courses, dressings and sauces, desserts, along with special menu suggestions for Rosh Hashana, Succoth, Chanukah, Purim, Pesach and Shavuoth. Recipes include Matzo Brei, Gefilte Fish Patties, Mandel Brot, Rugelach, chicken dishes, salads, desserts and many more.

A neat combination of a vintage Jewish cookbook and 1970s food-brand advertising.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with expected edge and corner wear to the covers. One interior page has a folded/creased side edge. Pages otherwise appear clean and readable overall with some normal age-related toning. Please review photos for the best representation of condition.
