Original Smooth Fitness EVO FX25 Safety Key & Receiver/Switch Assembly — Tested

Offered here from the #dougfinds collection is an original safety-key system removed from a Smooth Fitness EVO FX25 treadmill, including the red insert-style safety key, black lanyard/clothing clip, and matching yellow receiver assembly with microswitch.

This is not a magnetic safety-key system. The molded red key physically inserts into the receiver and mechanically operates the safety microswitch.

The assembly was tested on the treadmill immediately before removal and was functioning properly. See the listing video, which shows the EVO FX25 console powered and operating with the key installed and shutting down when the key is pulled.

Included are the exact used components pictured:

• Original red safety key
• Black safety lanyard with clothing clip
• Yellow key receiver/mounting assembly
• Microswitch and attached terminals/hardware as shown

This is particularly useful for an EVO FX25 with a missing or damaged key, broken receiver, or failed safety-key switch, since it provides the complete matched OEM assembly rather than a generic replacement key alone.

Please compare the photographs, mounting configuration and components carefully with your treadmill before purchasing. Compatibility with models other than the EVO FX25 has not been verified.
