I inspect all of my ER collet nuts that I sell and found that these do not spin freely. They all have some resistance in the bearing. Some of them could have minor resistance and some could be bad. At the very least they can all be used like a regular nut without a bearing in them.  The listing includes all 13 nuts pictured
